Just got an anon message about a website titled “tumblrhealthdiet” and I just wanted to spread the word around to NOT visit the website. I know it’s common sense not to but it’s always good to have a head’s up.

I’m never going to get to be a band director. Schools still call me, asking me to sub. It’s like I’m being taunted. I’m a kid after candy, but some older jerk keeps raising it up and I’m too short to jump that high and get it. And I don’t know how to fight back. It wasn’t enough to be depressed, but to recognise that you’re mentally damaged and cannot control your life is painful beyond comprehension. I don’t want professional help. I want someone I can trust. Or I want to fix my life by myself. And I can’t. So I won’t. This is where I destroy myself. This is the point in my life that I sit down, with my head in my hands, and I scream “FUCK IT I GIVE UP”. I’ve got a stable job with a future. My dream is irrelevant. I was never going to get there anyway. And now I never will. Oh well. I guess I’ll be happy eventually, or when I’m dead. I’ve never been so done with where I am in my life as I am right now.

5? in a day?  I have been known to throw it into one sentence five times. I probably say it closer to fifty a day.

Seriously? Only five in a day? If i had to cut back because there was fuck rationing going on, I’d die. quickly.

I say it sometimes more than 5 times in a 15 minute period. Particularly at work.

Sometimes I say it five times in the same sentence ;)

I am seriously outraged right now. I went into school today and was sent to the principal’s office not even 5 minutes inside the building. I was asked if I had any other clothes with me to which I responded I did not and was told I would NOT be sent to my classes if I didn’t call someone to come bring me clothes. 

I refused.

I told her that my mother is the only one who lives with me and that she was at work and could not come bring me clothes.

To which she responded

“Well I’m not sending you to your classes like that, you can come into my office and do some work but unless we get a parental figure to come bring you clothes you will not be going to class, it’s too much of a distraction and offensive to your fellow students.”

excuse me but what is so offensive about my shorts. I have worn this outfit numerous times during the school year, and only now that it has started to get nice outside have they been stricter on what the girls in this high school wear.

DO YOU KNOW HOW HOT IT FUCKING IS OUTSIDE.

The office called my mom and told her that “my way of dressing could be offensive or distracting to the students and most importantly, the teachers.” 

I’m a junior in high school, but just because i’m a junior does NOT MEAN I WILL STAND FOR YOUR BULLSHIT SLUT-SHAMING AND SEXIST DRESS CODE.

Instead of telling the girls to feel victimized and shamed for what they wear, like tell your shitty staff to stop being such perverts and to look away and seriously, if they have such issues with my clothing that they can’t help themselves then why are you allowed to be a teacher in the first place.

My body is not something to be ashamed of, and I will not “change” to fit into your shit society of misogynistic ideals.

So I made this because it upsets me how the current education system is run. I know that everyone is free to believe how they want, but when a system is set up on testing and memorization, and it punishes creativity and individuality, I don’t think that that is helpful at all. It hurts people like me that want to become good teachers, and it’s detrimental to students actually learning useful things for the real world. If you happen to have the time to read this or to check out my petition, even if you don’t support my ideals, please pass it on to friends that you know have a similar opinion.
